30 Day Returns
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or you received the wrong item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@thestainless.co. Please include photos of the product and packaging so we can assess the situation and resolve it quickly.
If the issue is confirmed, we will cover replacement or return shipping costs.
Exchanges
If you would like a different product, the fastest solution is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
European Union Right of Withdrawal
If you are located within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.
You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. After notification, you have another 14 days to return the product.
If you exercise this right within the legal period, we will refund the purchase amount, including the original standard shipping costs, once we have received and inspected the returned item.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to process the refund.
