30 Day Return Policy
We offer a 30 day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation.

Returns must be requested and approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or delivered incorrectly.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost during transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at hello@thestainless.co. We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
If the issue is confirmed, we will cover the replacement or return shipping costs.
Non Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Products that have been used
Items not returned in their original condition and packaging
Gift cards
Custom or personalized products
If you are unsure whether your product qualifies for return, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
If you would like a different product, the fastest way is to return your original item. Once your return has been approved and received, you can place a new order for the desired product.
European Union Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting hello@thestainless.co.
You then have an additional 14 days to return the product.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal within the legal period, we will refund the purchase amount, including the original standard shipping costs, within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
